History
Mr. Kelvin Bernard, an accomplished entrepreneur and visionary leader in the staffing industry, founded Total Clerical Services, Inc. (TCS)
in March of 1994, in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Bernard established TCS on the fundamental principles of providing reliability, integrity,
and superior customer service for his clients' needs. These commitments have enabled TCS to grow rapidly and to become a prominent leader
in providing qualified personnel on both a contract and permanent basis in today’s marketplace.
Kelvin Bernard went on to establish the following affiliate companies:
- Total Technical Services, Inc. (TTS), in Waltham, Massachusetts in 1992
- Coast to Coast Temporary Services, Inc. (CTC), in Phoenix, Arizona in 1994
In August of 1999, Mr. Bernard opened the first international office in San Jose, Costa Rica.
These companies are nationally recognized for their outstanding service and strong client relationships. This enables our companies to proclaim
their name as providing "Total Solutions" to meet all their clients' staffing needs.
