As an applicant to Total Clerical Services, do I have to pay a fee? No, there is never any charge to candidates being placed by TCS.

How do I submit my resume to TCS? You can submit your resume online utilizing the Submit Resume button, located in the left navigation bar.

I submitted my resume to a job posting on the website. If I see another job I want to apply for, do I need to re-submit my resume?

No. Once you have successfully uploaded your resume, we will retain your information for future job opportunities. There is no need to submit your information more then once. When you submit your resume, please upload it in Word or Text format only. Our system works best when you upload your information in these formats.

The information in my resume has changed since I last submitted it to TCS. How do I update my resume with TCS?

You can submit your resume information again to be updated into our system. Please remember to submit your information in Word or text format only. Our system works best with these formats.

Does TCS offer only contract jobs? Absolutely not. We offer several types of job opportunities. Some of our contract assignments are temp-to-hire. This allows both you and the client a chance to determine whether a particular job is a good fit. You may request to only be considered for a permanent placement. Please discuss this with your recruiter during your initial consultation.

What types of positions does TCS recruit for? We currently offer opportunities in the Administrative, Accounting, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resource, Legal and Technology sectors. We are in the process of adding additional offices and services during 2008.... check back for more information!

What should I bring to my TCS interview? When you interview with TCS, please bring a copy of your resume, a completed application, any employment references with phone numbers, and identification that shows who you are and that you have a right to work in the United States.

Will my skills be tested? To ensure that you're the right candidate for the demands of a specific job, we may assess your skills and characteristics in order to place you in an environment in which you'll be successful.

What kind of companies use Total Clerical Services? TCS works with all sizes of business; from small, independent companies to large, national corporations, as well as hospitals, universities, and non-profits!

How long will it take to place me in a position? Your placement will depend on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability; including your skills, availability, and flexibility. Some candidates are offered assignments immediately.
